Event Lighting provides beautiful LED lighting designs for weddings, parties, business functions, and many other special events. We create truly stunning lighting designs using the finest LED technology available. Transform any "dull" room into a thing of beauty with our beautiful Uplighting. From small rooms to large halls, we have you covered!

Table Lighting

Under Table Lighting

Lighting under your wedding head table, cake and dessert tables, is a truly stunning way of drawing attention. This is done by using light-weight linens that will allow our lighting to pass through for a soft, romantic effect. Our LED lights remain cool, so there is no risk of them affecting linens or food. And because they are professionally installed, you will not have any wires getting in the way.

Gobo Lighting

Gobo Lighting

Imagine a beautiful, personalized monogram of the happy couple's names projected behind the head table or on the dance floor at their reception, or your company logo highlighting your corporate event. This spectacular effect can easily be part of your special day. There's no limit to the imaginative possibilities. Images can be projected to shine your image onto any appropriate surface, such as a wall, ceiling, dance floor, curtain, or wherever you choose.

Frequently  Asked  Questions

We offer package discounts for multiple rental services. The more items you rent from us, the better deal we can give you on each one. Leaving out individual item prices prevents visitors from adding them all up and having the wrong idea of what their discounted bundled package could actually cost. For rates, call us at 734-272-9608, or write us here about what you're interested in, and we'll contact you promptly with a great deal!

The only difference is placement. We use the same LED fixtures, that are used for Uplighting, to use under tables. So, if you wanted 10 up lights on the walls and 4 lights for underneath tables, you'd simply rent 14 LED lights to be placed accordingly.

No. Delivery and set-up, within our service area, is included as part of the quoted rental rate. We will occasionally travel outside of our service area for larger rentals, or during slower seasonal periods. Providing services beyond our local area are decided on a case by case basis.

No. There are never any loose wires, cables, or connectors for guests to possibly trip over or damage. We take great care to place our lighting in secluded locations where they will be well out of the way whenever possible. Our LED lamps remain cool and are perfectly safe if touched by curious children, and will not damage surfaces if disturbed, regardless of how long they've been running.

Keep in mind that just like any other projector, the gobo projector MUST be located somewhere opposite from, and facing, the projected image. We recommend somewhere nearby other DJ or band equipment with other speaker stands and cabling, or any other such place that your guests would normally avoid. When possible, you can also mount the projector onto lighting trusses.

The first step would be to consider what areas you want lit. Some people only wish to light behind their head tables, or only certain areas that they want to draw attention to, while others wish to light up their entire rooms. Up lights can be be placed very close together or very far apart. Obviously, the closer together they are to each other, the more dramatic the effect, but the more you'll need to cover any given area... so it's all up to you.

Also, be sure to consider entryways, windows, mirrors, stages, bars, posts, and other problematic room areas when planning your lighting arrangement. High-traffic areas, such as kitchen doorways and bar areas, should be avoided. Guests and banquet personnel tend to accidentally move or even knock lights over when they are in their way. Therefore, floor plan diagrams can often be misleading when deciding where lights can be placed. It's always best to plan your lighting design by actually standing inside the room you'll be lighting.

We have several photos in our Photo Gallery below to illustrate the possible options you have to greatly enhance your event with our lighting fixtures.

Several reasons. First, we have been doing this for many years and know all of the dos and don'ts, and all of the tricks of the trade. We offer to meet with customers at their venues to take a look at room layouts and discuss the possibilities and options they have. This better allows us to consider all of the things we've learned over the years in order to make the best recommendations and to help you come up with the perfect package. We color-match custom colors that will blend perfectly with your event's color scheme. We also consider how the existing wall color will affect the lighting color, and make any needed adjustments. We take great care to neatly and carefully install our lighting in locations where they will not only be the most effective aesthetics-wise, but will be well out of the way of guests whenever possible.

Our DIY rentals are simply another alternative for those with limited budgets, and only need a simple "added touch". But, we always recommend hiring our lighting professionals to handle your events which are of the utmost importance to you.

Our LED fixtures can produce hundreds of colors. You can find RGB color charts on Google to see just how unlimited your choices are.

Full colored gobos, where different elements of the design are different colors, cost several hundreds of dollars to have made, but we can certainly do so if you wish. Alternatively, we can provide colored gels to place over your gobo, to color the entire image with one color. But keep in mind that these colored gels cause a reduced projection brightness, especially on darker walls and floors.

We are always willing to consider matching or beating an experienced and professional competitor's rates within reason. However, many of the "unprofessional" companies, with their too-good-to-be-true rates, aren't willing to meet with customers ahead of time, discuss exact placement of the lighting, custom-match colors exactly to the other decor, or professionally install and set uplighting the way that it should be. Time and time again, we see how these "cheaper" vendors have large, ugly, orange and yellow extension cords running all over the place right in the guests' path, and how they spend no time at all doing things in a professional and correct manner.

Also, If you have to trust that their idea of "purple" will be the same as your idea of "purple", or that your "aqua" dresses will match their pre-set "blue-green" color... then you may be disappointed.

The truth is that anyone can buy a bunch of lights and extension cords and call themselves a "lighting company". Therefore, we don't involve ourselves with out-bidding amateurs.

Remember, if a deal sounds too good be true, it most likely is.
